What source review means

A Source-reviewed label means a reviewer checked a specific claim against available evidence at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of quality, licensure, safety, or outcome, and it is not an endorsement. Under review and Self-reported mean exactly what they say. Any paid or sponsored placement is labeled as such and never implies source review, never changes a provider's source-review status, and does not affect ranking.

Using the site

• Use the site lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or misuse the site or its intake.

Providers

If you claim or submit a profile, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that business and that your submissions are accurate and not misleading. Treomark may review, label, correct, or decline to publish information, and may remove content that appears inaccurate or unsafe.

Content and intellectual property

The Treomark name, design, and the compiled directory are owned by Treomark. Provider-supplied content remains the responsibility of the provider that submitted it.
