The standard

Treomark evaluates provider identity, location, services, practitioners, credentials, and contact facts as separate assertions. This produces a record that is useful without collapsing different kinds of evidence into a single score.

Identify the exact provider location
Each record is tied to one business location, canonical profile path, and stable internal identity before facts are compared or published.

Capture the source and assertion separately
Treomark stores the source, capture date, and the narrow fact it supports. One source does not automatically validate the rest of a profile.

Apply a claim-level status
The published label reflects the actual basis available for that fact: public source, provider statement, registry check, provider confirmation, or active review.

Publish the accepted public record
The public site is built from an accepted snapshot. Visible claims, dates, evidence links, and indexing state are validated together before release.

Refresh, correct, and preserve history
Source changes, new provider information, corrections, and freshness checks update the record while keeping the accountable path from prior fact to current fact.
Sources
What enters the public record
Sources include provider-owned websites, authorized booking pages, official registries, public documents, and provider-submitted information. Every admitted source keeps its type, capture date, and connection to the published assertion.
Review
Who makes the call
Treomark Research applies the source-review method. Jesse Delia is the accountable editor for the standard and public outcomes. When a qualified specialist reviews a future subject area, that person's name and credentials can be attached directly to the applicable page through the same attribution system.

Tools support the review
Automation helps collect, normalize, compare, monitor, and test provider information. Public meaning remains governed by Treomark's schemas, evidence rules, accepted snapshots, and accountable editorial review.
Scope
What the record answers
Treomark answers where a provider fact came from, when it was checked, and how it is currently labeled. Clinical eligibility and treatment decisions belong with the licensed professional caring for the individual.
