Accountability
Jesse Delia
Founder and accountable editor
Jesse Delia is responsible for Treomark’s research publication decisions, method changes, correction outcomes, and the boundary between observable evidence and unsupported claims.
Responsibilities
The accountable editor approves publication scope, checks whether findings match accepted aggregate data, keeps commercial relationships outside research inclusion, and records material changes in the public log.
The role does not make clinical-quality judgments, rank providers, or convert missing public information into a negative provider claim.
Treomark Research
Treomark Research maintains the source-review method and turns accepted public provider snapshots into aggregate measures. Its work covers data validation, denominator checks, immutable editions, chart and download generation, limitations, and correction records.
Automation supports deterministic counting, hashing, packaging, and contract checks. Publication language and material method changes remain accountable editorial decisions.

Research contact
Send dataset, method, citation, or media questions through the public research contact route. Material corrections are recorded separately from routine provider fact disputes.
